Day 1 - May 29th 2013

It's the big day! Starting my new life. I tried to go to bed early last night and I think it worked! I'd guess I fell asleep around 1:30ish. I was really invigorated to start today, and so far, it's going well.

Wake-up time (AKA out of bed) :
     8:14 am

Breakfast:
     1 banana

Workout time:
     ~9:04 am

Workout:
     50 jumping jacks
     40 crunches
     40 squats
     40 leg lifts
     30 jumping jacks
     20 bicycle crunches
     20 squats
     30 second plank
     30 leg lifts
     20 minute walk/run around 13th, Alderson, 15th, and Babcock

Morning snack:
     2 rice cakes with Jiff crunchy peanut butter

Lunch/more snacking:
     Walmart roasted red pepper hummus (which tastes like garlic, BTW) and tortilla strips
     Raisins

Shower time:
     ~4:30 pm

Kind of an upset stomach after showering. I'm not sure if it's the hot, moist air, not eating very much today, or my starting exercising, or maybe just too many damn raisins, but I want this feeling to go away.

Stomachache eventually went away, yeah! Went out with Rose, fun times! :)

Dinner:
     Small Wendy's chili with cheese and tortilla chips
     2 Large glasses of iced tea with splenda
     6 mini tacos with beef and cheese

Hopefully will be asleep by 1 am! :)
